About Unify Home Care
Founded by a Nurse. Built for Families Who Need More.
Unify Home Care was founded by Kaysha Hengelfelt RN, Owner, with nearly 20 years of hands-on care experience and a heart for helping people feel safe, supported, and cared for at home.
Through years of caring for patients and working closely with families, Kaysha saw how overwhelming it can be to manage care alone. Appointments, medications, changing needs, daily routines, recovery, comfort, and communication can quickly become a lot for families to carry.
Unify Home Care was created to bring those pieces together. From companionship and daily living support to private nursing, skilled care, and care coordination, our goal is to make care feel more personal, dependable, and connected.
At Unify, care is never just a task list. It is about trust, dignity, comfort, and helping families feel confident that their loved one is truly cared for in the home they love.

Testimonial
Trusted Care When Families Need It Most
Families often remember the calm, guidance, and compassion that helped them through a difficult season.
Kristin W. • Jackson, WyomingKaysha is the rare combination of exceptional clinical expertise and an incredibly compassionate heart. She anticipated needs before we even knew to ask, calmly guided us through difficult decisions, and brought a sense of peace and confidence during an unimaginably overwhelming time. Whether it was managing medications, providing hands-on nursing care, answering endless questions, or simply sitting with my mom and offering comfort, she approached every moment with grace, dignity, and genuine love.
What sets Kaysha apart is that she doesn't just care for her patients—she cares for their families. She was willing to jump in and do absolutely anything to help, no matter how big or small the task. She became our teacher, our advocate, our steady hand, and our friend. During the darkest chapter of our lives, her kindness, professionalism, and unwavering presence were an incredible gift.
Because of Kaysha, my mother was able to spend her final days surrounded by love, comfort, and dignity. Our family will never forget the compassion she showed us or the difference she made and we would recommend her whole-heartedly to anyone fortunate enough to have her care for someone they love.
Karissa M. • Jackson, WyomingI am pleased to recommend Kaysha Hengelfelt for any caretaking or caregiving position. During the time I have known her, Kaysha has consistently demonstrated compassion, responsibility, patience, and a genuine dedication to the well-being of my mother.
Kaysha possesses excellent interpersonal skills and has shown the ability to provide attentive and respectful care while maintaining the dignity and independence of my mother. Whether assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, managing schedules, or responding to individual needs, Kaysha approaches every task with professionalism and kindness.
In addition to being dependable and trustworthy, Kaysha is attentive to detail, communicates effectively, and remains calm in challenging situations. These qualities make her exceptionally well-suited for a caregiving role.
I have every confidence that Kaysha will be an asset to any individual, family, or organization seeking a compassionate and capable caretaker. I recommend her without reservation.
Barbara S. • Jackson, WyomingIn our short time with Hospice care, Kaysha was invaluable: kind, calm, flexible, creative, helpful, anticipated needs we didn't know we had. She was awake throughout the nights, dispensed medications as needed and took complete care of all situations that occurred. Kaysha finely balances her professionalism with a heart of compassion.
